Becoming Whole: Journey Through the Chakras
A journey of healing and awakening through the chakras. Through the deep relaxation and expanded awareness of the meditative practice of Yoga Nidra and the restorative sounds and vibrations of a Sound Bath we will explore each chakra, bringing balance into your life. The experience consists of eight weekly sessions.
Each weekly session is complete on its own or can be experienced as part of the entire series. This class can be experienced either sitting or lying down. Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and/or whatever else you will need to feel most comfortable. We will have some mats and cushions available.

Illuminating your path and opening your mind to greater wisdom, intuition and spiritual insight.

Expanding perception as we explore the bridge between the physical and the spiritual. Ending our
journey with a meditation through the chakras providing a deep sense of harmony, balance, peace, and
purpose.
