Our purpose is to bring peace and ease to those who attend our sessions with the intent and hope that peace will spread through the community, the nation and the world.

For many years I have personally enjoyed the benefits of receiving sound bath therapy. Several years ago, I felt drawn to share the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits I experienced by becoming a practitioner of sound and frequency healing. I studied at Life Changing Energy obtaining certification in crystal Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks and trained at Yandara Yoga in Baja receiving certification in Yoga Nida Resonance. I believe the best contribution I can make for change in the world is to bring some peace and harmony to our hearts and community and set in motion a ripple effect which would eventually bring peace to the world.

For the last four years I have been searching for Yoga Nidra, which led me to obtaining my RYT-200 through the University of Minnesota. I currently teach gentle yoga in the therapeutic yoga model, having also trained through Clarity of Heart in Sedona. However, my primary direction remained Yoga Nidra and I continued my Yoga Nidra training through Yoga Fit and Yandara Yoga. My sister, Barbara, is a sound bath practitioner. Only recently did we find out that we were both motivated by same purpose, to bring peace and ease to individuals, with the intent and hope that peace will spread through the community, the nation, and the world. This led to our joining together to provide Yoga Nidra/sound baths.

“If there is to be peace in the world,
(often attributed to) Lao Tze
There must be peace in the nations.
If there is to be peace in the nations,
There must be peace in the cities.
If there is to be peace in the cities,
There must be peace between neighbors.
If there is to be peace between neighbors,
There must be peace in the home.
If there is to be peace in the home,
There must be peace in the heart.”
