My Story

 I am Barbara Anderson, a recently retired Reading Specialist in the Rochester, Minnesota Public Schools. I spent 38 years in Elementary Education as a classroom teacher, a special education teacher, and finally as a reading specialist. For many years I have personally enjoyed the benefits of sound bath therapy but more recently have felt called to become a practitioner and facilitator of sound healing. To that end I have studied with Vickie Gould and Life Changing Energy earning certification in Crystal Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks. I have created the company Harmonic Waves with the goal of helping people increase their health and well-being through sound bath therapy.
